The second generation material, the pretreatment method is: degreasing→water washing→pickling→water washing→chromating→water washing→drying, the degreasing agent is divided into alkaline degreasing agent and acid degreasing agent. Alkaline degreaser is composed of phosphate, carbonate, sulfate, caustic soda and a small amount of surfactant. Its environmental pollution factors are: phosphorus, COD, suspended solids, oil and so on. Acid degreasers are generally composed of organic acids, surfactants, etc., which have a relatively slight impact on the environment, mainly including COD, suspended solids, and oils.
For pickling, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid type acidic liquids can be used, and a small amount of acid mist inhibitor is generally added. The acid mist inhibitor is mainly composed of surfactants, corrosion inhibitors, etc., and the amount added to the pickling agent is very small, about 0.5% to 2%. For the treatment process of aluminum alloy, the activation solution is generally composed of sulfuric acid, nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid, etc., with low concentration and light pollution to the environment.
